Jason Major’s practice is focused on personal injury, employment law and cases involving government and police misconduct.
In legal practice since 2000, Jason has tried cases before New Hampshire juries and Superior Court Judges. Jason has successfully represented many employees in a variety of employment lawsuits such as wrongful termination and discrimination cases.

| Jason regularly appears before the state and federal courts and the New Hampshire Commission for Human Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
In the area of personal injury, Jason represents clients in automobile accidents, slip and fall cases, civil rights and malicious prosecution claims. He has obtained significant verdicts and settlements for his clients.
Jason has been recognized for his knowledge and excellence in certain areas of the law by being selected to serve as a panelist for legal education seminars.
Jason played a major role in getting the firm’s tobacco industry case to trial in 2003. Since then, he has been involved in the firm’s consumer class actions to successfully vindicate the rights of thousands of consumers who were owed money from life and disability insurance companies.
He has also worked with the firm’s small business clients, defending them in suits by other businesses or third parties.
Jason is a member of the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association, the Merrimack County Bar Association and the New Hampshire Bar Association.
