Rick was elected a Member of the Firm.

Rick brings his unique experiences as an Assistant Attorney General for the New Hampshire Department of Justice and an Assistant Prosecutor at the Merrimack County Attorney’s Office and legal counsel to the New Hampshire Senate to his representation of his clients.

With this experience, Rick’s practice focuses on civil rights, criminal defense, personal injury and employment cases. Many of Rick’s cases involve representing clients involving allegations of government and police misconduct.

He is in his seventh year serving as legal counsel to the New Hampshire Senate. In this capacity he advises and counsels New Hampshire’s 24 state senators during the law making process.

Rick regularly tries cases before New Hampshire juries and judges. He has also appeared in over twenty-five cases before the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
