Steve tries cases before New Hampshire juries, Superior Court judges and State administrative agencies. He has successfully represented many employees in a variety of wrongful termination cases, discrimination claims and claims for workers’ compensation benefits. He regularly appears before the New Hampshire Department of Labor, the New Hampshire Commission for Human Rights, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and state and federal courts.
In the personal injury area, Steve represents clients in automobile accidents, slip and fall cases and product liability claims.
Steve is the Founder of the Greater Concord Area Diabetes Support Group for Families Living with Type 1/Juvenile Diabetes.
Steve is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, Merrimack County Bar Association and the New Hampshire Association for Justice.
