SAMPLE CASES - Consumer Class Actions

Our lawyers have helped clients achieve success in their cases. There is no way we can list all cases so we have provided some representative cases. Because the circumstances of each case are unique, this is not intended to guarantee similar results.

We were approved by the New Hampshire Superior Court as “class counsel” in class action lawsuits involving thousands of New Hampshire consumers who purchased motor vehicles on credit from New Hampshire motor vehicle dealers. Our class action lawsuits were filed alleging that all of the plaintiffs and class members had paid off their motor vehicle loans early, but did not receive the unearned insurance premium refunds they were owed. The typical unearned premium owed averaged about $200 per class member. We recovered over $4,000,000.00 in settlements.

A new class action for canceling health insurance was filed recently by our firm. Our client filled out the application forms properly but when she made a claim for knee surgery she needed half a year later, the insurance company canceled her in bad faith.
