Our client was an ambulance driver who slipped and fell on ice while picking up his vehicle. We settled the negligence claim for $165,000.00.

Our client, a minor, suffered head injuries from an accident while playing on a school playground. We brought a claim based on failing to properly supervise and unsafe equipment. We obtained a settlement for our client for $150,000.00.

Our client slipped and fell in the driveway of her rented home. The landlord had failed to remove snow and ice per the rental agreement. Our client suffered shoulder injuries and a post-operative blood clot. We obtained a settlement of $100,000.00.

Our client rented a house from the owner of an adjacent house. The homeowner agreed to keep the driveway clear of ice and snow. Our client slipped and fell face forward. She put out her arm to catch herself, causing a fracture of her left humerus at the shoulder, and muscle damage. We recovered a settlement for $100,000.00.

Our client, a mortgage broker, was visiting a client’s home. As he was leaving, he slipped and fell on snow and ice that had accumulated on their walkway without adequate salting or sanding. Our client fell to the ground sustaining injuries including a right hip fracture and a right wrist fracture, requiring surgery to repair the hip fracture and inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation. We recovered $80,000 for our client.

Our client was exiting his truck when he slipped on ice in the parking lot of his apartment. His head hit a step on the truck, aggravating a pre-existing neck injury. We obtained a settlement of $50,000.00.

Our client was purchasing a part for a piece of heavy equipment when an employee of the seller dropped the part on our client’s foot, fracturing two bones. We obtained a settlement for our client in the amount of $42,000.00.

Our client, a 42 year old part-time teaching assistant, was walking from her apartment to her car when she slipped and fell on an icy patch in the designated walk-way. Our client suffered a separated shoulder and bruised tailbone, as a direct result of the accident. We obtained a settlement for our client for $41,000.00.

Our client fell on glare ice outside her apartment. She suffered arm and shoulder injuries which led to the development of reflex sympathetic dystrophy. We obtained a settlement of $41,000.00.

Our client was a guest at a hotel who slipped on ice while walking across the parking lot. She landed on her forearm and injured her shoulder. We obtained a settlement of $15,000.00.
