Benjamin King's practice focuses primarily on litigation, employment law, personal injury, workers' compensation, and cases involving property right disputes.
Ben tries cases before New Hampshire juries, Superior Court judges and State administrative agencies. He has successfully represented many employees in a variety of wrongful termination cases, discrimination claims and claims for workers' compensation benefits. He regularly appears before the New Hampshire Department of Labor, the New Hampshire Commission for Human Rights, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and state and federal courts.
An experienced appellate lawyer, Ben has also argued several appeals before the New Hampshire Supreme Court and the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
In the personal injury area, Ben represents clients in automobile accidents, slip and fall cases and product liability claims.
Ben is the Editor of the Superior Court Digest of New Hampshire Trial Bar News and a former Chairman of the Board of Editors of NH Bar News. He is a member of the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association, the Merrimack County Bar Association, the New Hampshire Bar Association and the New Hampshire Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association.
Ben was recognized for his leadership and contributions to New Hampshire in Forty Under Forty in 2008. He currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Rye, NH Zoning Board. |
