Richard Lehmann's practice focuses primarily on litigation, criminal law, appellate practice and government relations.
Rick has successfully tried cases before New Hampshire juries and judges. He has also argued numerous cases before the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
Rick has been with the firm since 2005, after serving as Legal Counsel to the New Hampshire Senate. Before that, he served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Criminal Bureau of the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office and an Assistant County Attorney at the Merrimack County Attorney's Office. Rick was also a law clerk of the New Hampshire Superior Court.
Rick is a member of the Merrimack County Bar Association, New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association, American Trial Lawyers Association and the Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
Rick was recognized for his leadership and contributions to New Hampshire in Forty Under Forty in 2005 and graduated from the Leadership New Hampshire class in 2002. |
