C. Kevin Leonard is a shareholder and founder of the firm. Kevin focuses his practice on employment law, litigation, government relations, personal injury and workers' compensation.
Kevin has successfully tried cases before New Hampshire juries and judges in state and federal court. In the area of employment law, Kevin has successfully represented clients in wrongful termination, FMLA discrimination claims and sexual harassment cases. He has written articles and argued before the New Hampshire Supreme Court. He regularly appears before the Department of Labor, New Hampshire Commission for Human Rights, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and state and federal courts. Kevin served as President of the New Hampshire Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association.
He also assists clients in personal injury and workers' compensation claims. Kevin is admitted to practice law in New Hampshire and Connecticut.
