Jason Major's practice focuses on litigation, personal injury, employment law and cases involving government entities.
In the litigation area, Jason has tried cases before New Hampshire juries and Superior Court Judges. Jason has successfully represented many employees in a variety of wrongful termination, discrimination, and workers' compensation cases. He regularly appears before the New Hampshire Department of Labor, New Hampshire Commission for Human Rights, and state and federal courts.
Jason played a major role in getting the firm's tobacco industry case to trial in 2003. Since then, he has been involved in the firm's efforts to successfully vindicate the rights of thousands of consumers who were owed money from life and disability insurance companies.
In the area of personal injury, Jason represents clients in automobile accidents, slip and fall cases, intentional infliction of emotional distress and malicious prosecution claims. He has obtained significant verdicts and settlements for his clients.
He has also worked with the firm's small business clients, defending them in suits by other businesses or third parties.
Jason is a member of the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association, the Merrimack County Bar Association and the New Hampshire Bar Association. |
